Bangladesh is among the top suppliers of apparels in the world, with a market share of 6.8% of the world. Country’s 81% of exports come from the RMG sector, and the textile and apparel sector contributes around 20% to Bangladesh’s GDP. It employs around 20 million people in the country and is the major driving force of the country’s economy.

Onus Group is a small but significant part of this export oriented economy. Since our beginning in 1993, we have excelled through many challenges to achieve the current position in this trade. Consistent quality, productivity and competitive price are the major strengths of this organization. What started as small ready-made garment based business venture, has now turned into a group of industries.

The journey began with 3 individuals working together as partners to start a factory with 80 sewing machines, 250 workers. Stitching her way up, the apparel department now has 1,500 machines, 3,500 workers. After successful ventures in the garments sector, the business has expanded to another seven industries. We look forward to become the market leaders in each in the industries for the years to come. Employing 6000 employees across our other industries.
